How far in advance should I book? +

Same-day bookings are accepted for hourly and airport. For weddings, events, and any movement involving more than two vehicles, we recommend at least seven days. Members get priority on every queue.

Do you operate outside the UK? +

Yes. We have direct partnerships in Paris, Geneva, Monaco, Zurich, Milan, Dubai and New York, with vetted reciprocal operators in 40 more cities. Cross-channel by car is a popular service.

How are your chauffeurs different? +

Every chauffeur completes a personal interview, advanced driving certification, and an etiquette & discretion course. Continuous member ratings — and a one-strike rule for confidentiality.

What's your cancellation policy? +

Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup for transfers and hourly. Wedding and event bookings follow a separate, transparent schedule shared at quote.

Can I have one chauffeur every time? +

Yes — members can request a primary chauffeur and a backup. We hold the schedule and route the booking to them by default whenever they're available.
