We started with a frustration most of our members shared: premium car services had stopped being premium. We built Chauffeurs Club because someone had to.
In 2014, after one too many late chauffeurs, dirty cars, and apologetic refunds, our founder placed a simple ad: "Wanted: chauffeurs who give a damn." Eight people answered. Two of them are still with us.
We grew the way the best service businesses grow — slowly, by reputation, with a phone number that always answered. Today the network is 240 chauffeurs across the UK and reciprocal partners in 40 cities, but we still answer the phone the same way.
Members refer members. Drivers stay for years. Cars are replaced before they get tired. The brief is simple: be the option someone reaches for when something matters.
The best service is the one you don't notice. We aim for invisibility — the kind that comes from preparation, not absence.
No surge. No undisclosed surcharges. The price you saw at booking is the price on the receipt — even if the traffic gets ugly.
Discretion is a craft. Our chauffeurs sign NDAs, ride with you in silence by default, and never speak about a member outside the office.
We rate every booking, retire every weak link, and reinvest in the people and cars that delivered. Standards aren't held — they're maintained.
